The roots of Caring Hearts Wellness are traced back to a single individual, Keeva Allanach-Paul, who was committed to helping others and providing compassionate care. Her inspiring journey began in 2006 when she became a Certified Nursing Assistant.
2008 was a pivotal period for Keeva when her late grandmother, Rosalie needed care. Keeva, along with family members and caregivers, provided excellent care for Rosalie until she passed away in 2011. During this time, Keeva worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at NorthShore Living Center and continued to care for patients and would come home to look after Rosalie.
It was due to this experience that Keeva realized that caring for others was not just a career, but a passion! This inspired her to further pursue a career in nursing and establish a business that would offer the same level of care to others. As a result, Keeva enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at William Carey School of Nursing. In 2010, she started Caring Hearts of Louisiana together with her husband, Dr. Robert C. Allanach.
In 2011, Keeva registered Caring Hearts Wellness, and in the same year graduated from William Carey School of Nursing.
In late 2023 Keeva relocated to Madison Wisconsin while working at UW Health Hospital.
Today, Caring Hearts Wellness LLC is owned and operated by Keeva Allanach-Paul. It is a premier home care provider where you call home, committed to transforming how home care is delivered. It delivers comprehensive care in various stages of life care facilities, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and specialty care facilities.
Keeva and her team of assistants and caregivers have many years of experience in caring for individuals as well as providing staffing resources.

Our caregivers undergo orientation and additional training through our online training program. Additionally, we strictly adhere to our "no stranger at your door" policy, ensuring that any new meetings between a client and caregiver involve a formal introduction facilitated by our office staff or an experienced caregiver. This introduction process includes hands-on training and will continue, if needed, across multiple visits until both the client and caregiver are comfortable.

Furthermore, we offer specialty training programs to enhance the skill set of our caregivers. Our Cognitive Support Program includes specialized Alzheimer's and Dementia training. Moreover, caregivers have the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of dementia through our innovative DementiaLive(TM) training program. For those working with Alzheimer's and Dementia clients, we provide practical, hands-on training to ensure the highest quality of care.
